The Opal ring

  The year I still lived at North End Wigmore Court I was given gifts by Bernie , purple jumpsuit, tape recorder bought from Thorns Hardware where he work for short time before going to Irving Pulp and Paper but own by another company back at the time. The Opal ring with garnets around the opal , I was age 14 at the time. I was taken to restaurants and Bernie would force me to eat when I didn't want to as I was not hungery. This is an issue over control as no one would make a 14 teen year old eat . At my school he would come to my school and get me to take the day off so I got way behind but he didn't seem to care. Bernie would buy me things that were not healthy, alcohal and cigarettes. Now today we know these things can kill you and make you very sick. Three times the police stop Bernie for sitting too close to me and letting me drive down a back road without licence and they did nothing to try to protect me so Bernie could have done anything with me and nothing would be done. This is why young girls end up died as policemen do nothing. Mrs Marks , police women did nothing! I didn't have father to protect me so I ended having to marry him after he got me pregnant. That same year at 14 teen he tried to take nude pictures of me but I kept saying no . Bernie  had many pictures of his first young wife , was careless with them . The diamond Bernie Gave Me

 The visit to St Joseph Hospital I had the diamond ring he gave me so this kept my mouth close because I believe this person love me but he was still married to his first wife and not yet divorced. I may have been pregnant but didn't know it yet. My doctor wouldn't give me birth control pills  but said be a good girl and go back to school. My sister came home from Montreal and came to 50 Hazen Street and I told her my  Dr Yang  wouldn't give me birth control so she took me to a women doctor; but it was too late as I was already pregnant. Dr Yang also was Bernie Burhoe  doctor at the Rothesay Paper Mill but now Irving Paper Mill. I think my doctor could have protected me a little better or was protecting Bernie instead? Young girls should learn to love themself. There was another ring Bernie bought me but I gave it to my daughter, an opals with garnets around it. I have the diamond he gave me. The Apartment On Hazen Street Next to Bernie's Mother's

 One day we move next door to Bernie Mother at 50 Hazen Street. One night he came home and tryed to force me to lay down on the black couch and I didn't want to as he smell too bad or alcohal was too strong so it made me sick. He force my right wrist and arm backwards too far so the next day my whole wrist and arm pained too bad so finally I had to go up hill to St Joeseph's hospital. After I found out I have broken my wrist and sprained arm , next the nurse and medical people put a white cast on my wrist and arm. I was asked by the nurse who hurt me so I said it was my boyfriend Bernie Burhoe and I said he came home drunked. I also said he acted like he was joking around but that wasn't true but I was being force to have lay down and have sex but I didn't want too. I don't like to sleep with drunks. The next thing I know I was pregnant with my daughter and I was 17 years old . Shortly after this something happened with his son from his first wife and we moved to GrandBay. Things were happened around me but I didn't understand some of it. In Grandbay we live in a mimi home and it was in the summer and walking up and down to the Dairy Queen for an ice cream to keep cool. One night I get a call from my mother and my aunt Marjorie in the other room sleeping. The call  on the phone from my mother didn't go well and she was screaming at me and asking why Bernie would give my 10 year old brother Jeffery whole bottle beer ? I am brain died and didn't have clue why this would happen to my baby brother. I wasn't very smart back at that time of my life. I didn't know about men that Groomed little children and someone that was only 13 teen and that was me , dawnangel.
