When Troy was almost finish at Simonds High School , about age 19 and in Special class for people with disability. Troy's father Lawyer ,Tom Biship hired another lawyer for my son Troy, Rodney McDonald and they decide Bernie Burhoe who worked Irving Pulp and Paper Mill shouldn't need to pay child support . When Bernie died all of his money went to his Common law young wife. So now you the Goverment and the tax payer is supporting most special needs persons who don't have real disability pension but call it what it is Welfare. I believe the system is not working right or there wouldn't be a homeless women on Loch Lomond Road. So you could say that is Court Order for Welfare and low or no child support. I want to tell New Brunswick that our special needs children didn't ask to be born slow or with disability. I am speaking out for all Downs Syndrome persons and disability persons.
